Months back, more time was dedicated to the Stamford Sport Club page in order to collate a comprehensive collection of the towns sport offerings. Since then we’ve received a few requests to highlight specific efforts and events, and this one should certainly be of interest to cricket fans.
The Stamford Town Cricket Club is currently looking to promote womens and girls (12+) softball and hardball teams and can be contacted at the address in the flyer for more information. All abilities are welcome, and sport is a great way to both get fit, challenge yourself, increase confidence and help become part of a community of likeminded people.
If you’re sporty, or just looking for a fun new hobby, get in touch and give cricket a go. Facebook and Instagram info also features on the flyer, and can give you an idea of what the club’s all about. Weekly training, leagues and friendlies are all lined up – so if you want to help become part of Stamford Cricket Club, the opportunity awaits!
