Opening on July 10th, a new rooftop tiki bar is coming to Stamford, and if you’re a big fan of Mexican and Jamaican-inspired food and drinks, it’s likely to be right up your street.
A new concept spot above the ever popular Orbis at 11 All Saints Place, PE9 2AR, Stamford, the venue is set to be a relaxed spot to relax and enjoy a couple of tequilas, cocktails or a bite to eat.
The bar layout features booth seating, dining area, and main bar area all with a vibrant tiki style look, as well as, of course, the rooftop terrace area. The relaxed vibe is said to be “not just a rooftop bar” but “an escape”.
TikiLa has venues opening in both Stamford and Newbury and looks to have the makings of a great new addition. With vegetarian / plant based options and a 100% gluten-free menu there’s choices for everyone.
The full menu is available here, and some of the tacos – including braised chorizo and crispy duck, served with complimentary dip – and small plate options sound delicious . Highlights of the latter include burnt apple bbq chicharrón and jerk chicken thighs roasted in roasted pineapple jam. and I wouldn’t say no to one of their signature rums either.
There are brunch options too, so it seems there’s no excuse not to find the time to check out the TikiLa Latin American vibe. We can’t wait.
