The King’s Head is a traditional English pub located in Stamford. The pub really looks the part with its Georgian exterior, exposed beams and comfortable seating both inside and out. The outside area is cosy and intimate, perfect for a meal out or a few drinks with friends.
The King’s Head pride themselves in their culinary credentials and staff are more than happy to offer suggestions, talk about how they’re refining receipes and to receive customer feedback. From traditional pub fare to contemporary dishes and veggie food, there’s no shortage of options on the menu. Local ingredients are used, are there’s a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to wash it down with.
The King’s Heads is great for a quiet pint, and there are quiz nights and the like too if you’re looking to mix things up. It’s a (very!) dog friendly venue, so don’t be surprised to see a few pint sized pooches about during your visit. Definitely one to check out!
