It can sometimes be difficult to ascertain (or remember!) which pubs / bars in a local area are dog friendly, and Stamford is no different. By all means, Stamford is a very dog friendly town compared to most, but that doesn’t mean that every single spot you’d care to visit is an inviting or accepting place for our furry friends. Below is an up-to-date list of which pubs in Stamford are, and just as importantly aren’t, dog friendly in Stamford.

Alsdo, it pays to consider that many dog friendly pubs are more ‘dog excepting’ than dog friendly. A special  shout out to the King’s Head, The Jolly Brewer, The Bull and Swan and Mama Liz’s for being especially dog friendly and going the extra mile to be accommodating.
