There are of course many considerations to be made when moving an a new area. There’s stunning Georgian terraces and impressive semi-detached and detached family homes, more modest housing full of character that’s still well within walking distance of all Stamford has to offer, and bungalows for those looking for a more relaxed pace to life.

Next Steps

When we moves to Stamford, estate agents guided us through the process, showing us a number of properties, some requiring more work than others before we took the plunge. Moving house is often a rather drawn out and stressful process so I’d definitely suggest a few viewings and getting an idea of what you’re looking for, and taking it from there. When all is said and done through, and you’re handed the keys, I very much doubt you’ll be regretting your Stamford move!
